KÖVER INVESTMENT GmbH is an investment company from Germany, we acquire and provide major real estate and infrastructure investments for our clients worldwide. We advise and provide for our clients. Our clients are mainly investment funds and institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, foundations or family offices.

Behind KÖVER INVESTMENT, the competent team is headed by managing director Niklas Köver. The trained industrial businessman and real estate economist (GdW) learnt his profession in a renowned Hamburg construction company. After successfully completing his training, Niklas Köver expanded his expertise as an investment broker in a well-known investment brokerage company in the field of various investment properties, especially for office and hotel properties.
