The story of three developer, builder based in Chiang Mai, Phuket that collided with an existing architect from Koh Samui, this is what created Tankhun Siam company Limited.

A strong team of experienced architects’ builders and developer including skills going through the entire board of the real estate industry. Since the main focus is on Koh Samui, Thailand with five of seven projects located on the paradisiac island, we established the headquarters in Lamai with a future extension in Chaweng to be closer to our clients.

The group is mainly focused on mid to high end properties reaching the luxury segment on custom built iconic villa’s with exceptional design’s rewarded by multiple award going through the years 2013 to 2018. Commercial and retail developments are in the pipeline in Chiang Mai and Samui.
